Pop-up Bar
Let’s have some wine! Let’s have some song! Let’s have some fun!
What’s stopping us?
We’re looking to stage a Wine and Song Pop Up and take over a Chicago venue for an evening, or two, or six, or whatever, for a memorable musical marathon that will:
- Garner great publicity, great press and great reviews
- Make lots of money
- Be lots of fun
What is a Pop-up Bar?
- A Pop-Up bar is a concept that creatively utilizes an existing licensed and operating venue by introducing a new format, which dramatically increases revenues and visibility.
- These major increases occur with minimal disruption and minimal costs to the venue
Experience
Booking, promoting and supervising over 10,000 live music shows at major music venues including:
- City of Chicago Blues Festival, Chicago, IL
- Fairmont Hotel, Chicago, IL
- B.L.U.E.S. on Halsted, Chicago, IL
- Elsewhere on Lincoln, Chicago, IL
- Elsewhere on Clark, Chicago, IL
- Bill’s Bar, Evanston, IL
- Hilton Orrington Hotel, Evanston IL
- Chicago B.L.U.E.S., New York, NY
- Village Gate Nightclub, New York, NY
- Tramps Nightclub, New York, NY
The Project
- Wine and Song will complement and enhance an existing venue by offering an exceptional live entertainment experience, all at an exceptionally modest price, comparable in cost to seeing a movie in the company of a soda and a box of popcorn.
- There currently is not a single venue in Chicago that offers the combined pleasures of fine beverages and premium live vocal entertainment from classically trained performers, all presented without an admission fee or cover charge.
- We will fill this void by featuring intimate instrumental and vocal ensembles performing the enduring treasures of Classical Music, Opera, and The American Songbook, a pleasing antidote to the constant pressures, excessive volume and sensory overload of contemporary life.
- We will be responsible for contracting and paying the entertainers and organizing the advertising and publicity program.
- As compensation, we will receive a percentage of the food and beverage revenues generated during the hours of its operation.
Let’s talk!
